507 Northgate LLC is a joint venture between Wallace Properties, Inc., and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Wallace Properties, Inc. is responsible for the development, property management and brokerage services for the retail portion of this project. Monica Wallace and Kevin Wallace are the contacts for the retail space for lease.

Pinnacle Realty is responsible for marketing and property management of the residential portion of 507 Northgate.
